
We are well aware that many users of our valuation model are not quite ready to dispose of the business just yet. We are also aware that buyers will want to identify strategies, which will maximise the future earning ability of their newly acquired enterprise.
Incorporated into our software, unique to VALUER, is a list of activities, drawn from a 'creative pool', which should increase the future value of the business. The list is determined by the options chosen during the first part of the valuation process. This means that the 'advice' provided is unique to your business alone. Change the answers to the questionnaire and you will notice the activity list has changed.
And you do not just get a one-line list! To the side of each activity is an 'explain' icon. Click this and a window will open where you are presented with a detailed explanation of the option and how to implement them.
