The Adora Group Limited provides this program and licences its use on the following terms:

You may use the program on a single machine and copy it only as a backup. You may permanently transfer the program to another party if that party agrees to these terms and conditions. If you transfer the software, you may transfer all copies of it to the same party or destroy those copies not transferred. Such transfer will terminate your licence.

Exclusion of Liability and Disclaimer

This software is sold with the understanding that neither the authors nor the publisher is engaged in rendering accountancy or corporate finance advice. If such advice is required the service of an accountant or other suitably qualified person should be sought.

Whilst every effort has been made to make this software easy to use correctly, each situation could have characteristics which might render its use inappropriate which is why it is always advisable to consult a specialist adviser if there is any doubt. Accordingly, neither the publishers, authors, distributors nor retailers shall be liable to any person in respect of any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by what is contained or left out of this software.

Prices, Payments and Refund Policy

All prices quoted by the Supplier are exclusive of VAT/TVA and/or taxes applicable at the time.

All prices will be reviewed from time to time and any increase will be advertised within this website.

Payments will only be accepted in £ Sterling, € Euro or $US Dollar.

In accordance with EU law, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 days.

To cancel please contact us quoting your invoice number and we shall make a refund within 30 days.

If you are outside the EU there is no legal obligation for us to make any refund. However, if there is an issue you are not satisfied with then please contact us.

You also have any rights given to you by your credit card provider if you have paid by credit card.
